Dr. Ran S. Kim, MD
President/Medical Director
Dr. Kim is a highly accomplished and dedicated physician serving as President and Medical Director. Fluent in both English and Korean, Dr. Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role, shaped by his rigorous medical education. He earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine, followed by an internship at the prestigious Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and residency training at Stanford Medical School. Furthering his specialization, Dr. Kim completed a fellowship at Lehigh Valley Hospital. Demonstrating his commitment to the highest standards of patient care, he is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and holds medical staff affiliations with Concord Medical Center and Walnut Creek Medical Center.
Ali Chakari
RVT, RVS, Vascular Surgery
Ali Chakari entered into the Vascular field in 2013 becoming a Registered Vascular Technologist with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers and Credentialing International in 2014 where he was also able to use the skills abroad. Driven by a passion for learning, Ali pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science at East Bay State University then later graduated from New Hampshire University. Ali has obtained employment at Stanford Healthcare School of Medicine as the IAC Technical Director and Imaging Specialist for 7 years under the mentorship and guidance of Ronald Dalman MD, Chief of Vascular Surgery and President of the Society Of Vascular Surgery. He is also still part of Kaiser Permanente since 2019 and Technical Director at West Coast Kidney in Concord. Ali also has a passion for teaching and is a Vascular Instructor at Gurnick Academy in San Jose California.
